How it works

Three steps to a shared plan

No need to wait until everyone's in. You start, the rest catch up.

  1. Pick a festival

Pick your festival from over 1,800 across Europe — published line-ups and timetables are open without signing up. Have a look first, start the crew after.

  2. Invite the crew

Via link or crew code (KRXT-9F2M) — that's how your friends join. Every member gets their own colour.

  3. Plan together

Everyone marks their acts, FIPS turns them into your shared timetable — and shows where you'll party together.

The heart of FIPS

Your shared timetable

One line-up, four opinions, one plan. Everyone marks for themselves — FIPS layers all the individual plans and shows when you're partying together and where you split up. Every colour is a person:

Important: Individual plans always stay. Splitting up and finding each other again is part of any festival — FIPS spots overlaps and factors in the walking time between stages too.

Campsite events

The festival happens at the campsite too

Add breakfast, meet-ups and the campsite party as crew events. They appear in “My Day” between shows, with reminders.

  • “23:30 · Party at the campsite · everyone” — one event, everyone's in the loop.
  • Breakfast, shuttle, departure, meet-ups — everything that happens between the acts, and who's in.
  • A reminder before it starts — nobody sleeps through their own party.
My Day

One day, one plan — acts and crew events mixed

“My Day” shows you what's next: shows with priority, crew events from the campsite, meet-ups — and warns you when things clash.

  • Your prios per act — must, nice, maybe, skip. Preview acts on Spotify, YouTube or Deezer right where they are.
  • Warns you when things clash — 14 minutes on foot won't surprise you anymore.
  • PDF, calendar export, share link — the finished plan as a link for everyone, no app needed.
  • Push when an act moves or gets cancelled — get a notification when a show in your plan changes.
Crew planning

Expenses, packing lists and arrangements

Kitty, todos, votes, rides — who pays, who brings what, who rides with whom: months before the festival, everything runs in one place, and everyone is on the same page.

Packing list & todos

  • Michael brings the table
  • Claudia gets the sparklers
  • Gazebo — who's got one? Jonas is asking around
  • Playlist for the campsite party Astrid

Vote

Are we bringing sparklers?

  • Yes, obviously!
  • Rather not

You'll only see the result once you've voted yourself.

Plus a group chat that stays on topic, and a shared Spotify playlist built from your group plan — everything you decide lands straight in the plan.

And there's more

From the first idea to the memories

Live & offline

No signal? No problem. Timetable, your plan and “My Day” run fully offline — even marking acts and photos sync later.
