FIPS — Festival Intelligence & Planning Suite — is the festival planner for crews. Under the claim “Your Plan. Your Festival.” FIPS brings line-up, shared timetable, campsite events, group kitty, todos and votes into one place: one person starts, then the crew plans together — and on site the plan works even without a network.

The foundation is a versioned, source-backed festival database with over 1,800 festivals, over 2,800 editions and almost 40,000 acts; public festival, edition and artist pages make it accessible in ten languages. FIPS is ahead of its public launch: the first crews are already testing, the web app runs as a PWA, iOS and Android apps are in the works. FIPS is operated by Giraffe GmbH from Zeulenroda‑Triebes.
