You can send questions and reports of illegal content to [email protected] by email without an account. For a report, identify the exact content (link or event/message ID, or alternatively edition, crew and time), explain why you consider it illegal, and give your name and email address. State that you believe in good faith that your information is accurate and complete. For reports of child sexual abuse or exploitation, a name and email address are not required; do not send copies of such images. Do not send passwords or login codes. In immediate danger, contact the police or emergency services first.

Delete an account

Deletion can be requested in FIPS or on the public deletion page and cancelled during the grace period.

People handle your enquiry. For content reports with electronic contact details, we acknowledge receipt without undue delay and communicate our decision and available remedies. You can challenge a moderation decision by email, identifying the content and your reasons; we review it again. You remain free to seek judicial remedies.
