Questions? Sure.
The ten questions we get most often — answered honestly, no fine print. Everything else: [email protected].
What does FIPS cost?
FIPS is free — for you and your whole crew, with everything you need to plan. Just get started.
When can I get started?
Not yet — the first crews are testing right now. At launch you can browse line-ups and timetables without an account; starting a crew follows right after.
Which festivals are in?
Over 1,800 festivals across Europe with over 2,800 past and current line-ups — from the giants to the village green. Yours missing? Write to us at [email protected], we'll add it.
Does everyone in the crew need the app?
No. One person starts the crew, the rest join via link or crew code. And the finished plan can be sent as a share link — readable for everyone, even without the app.
Does it work without a network?
Yes — that's what FIPS is built for. The offline package brings the timetable, your plan and “My Day” onto the grounds with you. Marking acts and photos keep working offline and sync as soon as you're back on the network.
Is the app in the App Store or Play Store?
Not yet. FIPS runs as a PWA right in the browser — installable on your phone like an app. Native apps for iOS and Android are in the works.
Which languages does FIPS speak?
Ten — including German, English, French, Spanish and Dutch. Every crew member uses FIPS in their own language, the shared plan stays the same.
What happens to my data?
Nothing that would surprise you: GDPR applies, your data is yours. You can export it and delete your account with everything in it. The details are under Privacy, deleting works via Delete account.
Where does the festival data come from?
From official sources — we keep track of what came from where and what changed when. Still spotted a mistake? Let us know, we'll fix it.
Who's behind FIPS?
A small team from Germany that spends its own summers at festivals — and wanted to make planning easy for its own crew. Reachable at [email protected].
