FIPS

Terms of use

These terms govern your use of FIPS. They are deliberately short.

What FIPS is

FIPS is a free planner for festivals and events. You mark performances, spot clashes, coordinate with your crew and take your plan offline. FIPS is neither an organiser nor a ticket seller and is not affiliated with the festivals shown.

Account and age

Most features require an account. FIPS is intended for people aged 16 and over. Keep your credentials private and do not share your account.

Your content

What you create in FIPS — plans, messages, tasks, images — remains yours. You allow us to store it, show it to you and deliver it to the members of your crew. This right ends when you delete the content or your account. For newsletters, product communication or advertising we use your content only in anonymised form or with your prior explicit consent. We do not sell content and do not pass it on to third parties.

Availability

FIPS is free of charge and we make no availability commitment. Maintenance windows, outages and changes to features are possible. Do not rely on FIPS alone for important commitments.

Termination

You may delete your account at any time; deletion starts with a 14-day grace period. We may discontinue the service with reasonable notice. Export your plan as PDF or calendar file beforehand if you want to keep it.

Liability

We are liable under statutory provisions for intent, gross negligence and for injury to life, body or health. Otherwise we are liable only for breach of material contractual obligations, limited to foreseeable damage typical for this type of contract.

Festival and line-up data

Times, stages and line-ups come from official and public sources and often change at short notice. We reproduce them to the best of our knowledge but give no warranty as to accuracy, completeness or timeliness. The organiser's information on site always prevails.
