TRNSMT Festival
TRNSMT Festival 2026: 8 acts, 19 Jun 2026 – 21 Jun 2026, Glasgow Green. Line-up, timetable and a plan with your crew – free, no ads.
Line-up
When Glasgow knows the chorus, you can barely hear the band on stage.
- A hotel bed, not a tent
- On foot from the station
- Welfare tents and water in the heat
TRNSMT is Glasgow’s big city festival: three summer days on Glasgow Green, a ten-minute walk from the centre. The main stage has the big names in indie and pop, some of them back every few years; for new acts, you’re more likely to head to the small King Tut's Stage. Don’t stand between the main stage and King Tut's Stage: the sets bleed into each other there.
The crowd is young, often very young on Saturdays, and the mood depends on the day’s line-up: for Kasabian the whole field bounces, for Wolf Alice it waits for the old hits. In front of the main stage there are fenced-off pens that you could mostly get into without a crush last time; if you want to be at the barrier, you queue from the morning.

Check first
- Entry is 16+ only, so bring ID: it gets checked sometimes at the gate, sometimes at the bar. You’re allowed a bag up to A4 and an empty collapsible bottle; pack a poncho and sun cream anyway, as 2026 brought constant rain first, then sun. In previous years there was no re-entry, so ask whether that still applies.
Right for you
- For crews who want to sing along to big choruses for three days without hauling a tent; one regular even brings his mother every year. If you’re after nights at camp or a line-up full of discoveries, you won’t be happy here.
