Summer Breeze lives on reunions: a good half of the crowd are regulars, and in 2026 next year’s passes were gone within four weeks. On the fields by the airfield, crews build whole camps with a beer tap, a chest freezer or a kitchen for up to 30 people. If you want peace from generators and speakers, pitch your tent in Green Camping; elsewhere your neighbour may wake you at nine in the morning with Schlager.
In front of the stages it gets hot and dusty: circle pits kick up clouds, crowd surfers keep coming, and water flies into the crowd from hoses and sprinklers. Both 2025 and 2026 were scorching editions, 2026 the hottest Summer Breeze yet, and more shade remains the guests’ constant wish. The line-up brings big names such as Saxon or Arch Enemy alongside bands many here discover for the first time; the camp stage with the giant clown kicks off as early as Tuesday.

Check first
- Without a booked arrival slot, no car gets onto the site; if your crew arrives at different times, reserve a group area, because saving spots is not allowed. Depending on where you camp, expect up to half an hour’s walk to the concert area.
Right for you
- For crews who come back every year and want to build their own camp, with heavy music among a crowd that stays peaceful. Families with school-age children: up to age twelve, entry with the parents is free, and kids’ bands play on Saturday.
