Line-up

In front of the Plage stage you stand in sand while the stage stands in the lake – and when the storm comes, the red earth turns into a slide.

  • Regulars for decades
  • Home stage for bands from the region
  • Listen Up! on site and at the campsite

For almost forty years, the first weekend of July in eastern France has belonged to the Malsaucy peninsula near Belfort: four stages in a natural amphitheatre by the water. The line-up mixes French rap, rock and electro with global names from Iron Maiden to David Guetta; long-time rock fans grumble about too much rap, and the discoveries are waiting on the Loggia and the Green Room. Out front, tens of thousands party, many from the region, teenagers next to parents, singing along to every chorus.

The second festival is the campsite, open to every ticket at no extra cost: barbecues, apéro with the neighbours, music until morning – for many, the heart of the Eurocks. The ground is red earth: dry, it sends dust into every mosh pit; in the almost certain thunderstorm it turns to mud, and many would rather dance in it than curse.

Check first

  • Plan your way home: guests report a shuttle ride back of an hour and a half and an hour’s wait for a packed train; cycling back to Belfort is described as easy thanks to a cycle path most of the way. Once you leave the site, you can’t get back in, payment is by wristband only, beer came from vending machines in 2026, and valuables are best not left in your tent.

Right for you

  • You want rap, rock and electro in one weekend, you like camping right in the thick of it, and you take mud as part of the programme. If you only want guitars or need quiet at night, you’re better off elsewhere.
