Decibel is a big celebration of hard dance music: hardstyle, hardcore, uptempo, raw, industrial and old classics on eleven stages in the woods, on sand and on the lakeshore. The twist: the styles move around, the same music plays on a different stage each day, so you get to know the whole site along the way. In the evening the lakeside stage belongs to the big light show with lasers and fire; at Gezellige Uptempo, DJs play in poo masks.

The campsite is the second festival: afterparties in the City Hall, a DJ truck with foam cannons in front of the showers. Many have been coming back for years, and when it pours like in 2026, the die-hards just keep dancing in the rain.

• The site is spread out: allow walking time between stages and bring a jacket for the cold night from the start. In rain the paths get slippery and the tents fill up; when it is dry, dust gets everywhere.
