On the former Pütnitz military airfield, between the forest and the Bodden lagoon, the day starts with yoga on the grass and a swim in the lagoon. Then it’s bouldering, skating, tie-dyeing and romping in the ball pit: more than 13,000 workshop places, most of them at no extra cost. At night, rap, indie and electronic music take centre stage in front of the New Havn container stage, and on smaller floors people dance until morning.
The site is lovingly designed, hangars and ruins light up at night, and the crowd stays considerate, even in the mosh pit. Many find it pleasantly manageable, but it is growing: in 2026, access to the main stage had to be closed on Saturday because of overcrowding.

- Only one road leads to the site: plan your arrival and departure with time to spare, or come by train and shuttle. You book workshops in the app, which often plays up when you do; some of the places go to spontaneous visitors on site.
